A combination of 2 cosy detached cottages situated on a hillside overlooking the superb valley of River Neiva. These cottages are part of a rural property with forest area, vineyards, cultivation lands and domestic animals. The property has large terraces, picnic area with stone table, vineyard area, and a nice pool as well as 2 former tanks feeding by spring water coming from inside mountain. Inside property limits there is a large pine forest just perfect for mountain strolls. The small cottage – with 1 bedroom- is situated in front pool and the other cottage - with 3 bedrooms - is placed 2 terraces below. All terraces - as well as pool - are turned south offering excellent solar exposition and  a stunning panoramic view over the region.
Small cottage: is composed by a twin bedroom w/ TV, living/dining room with fireplace, complete bathroom with bathing-tub and a kitchen (4 gas rings, refrigerator,  oven, coffee-machine, microwave , toaster )
Larger Cottage: 3 double bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with shower and a large living/dining room & kitchen, both placed in lower floor.
Around larger cottage there a large terrace and lawned area.

The entire property offers a very peaceful & quiet atmosphere where pine flavour makes part of ambiance. Nearby (300m) there is a well supplied supermarket. Guests have easy and fast access to main northern destination by highway A3 (3km). car hire is essential.

Because this property is disposal in several terraces, is not recommend for elderly or wheelchair.
